Function Centre & Lounge
The Cooks Gardens Function Centre & Lounge is the perfect venue for any function - business or pleasure, large or small. It can accommodate up to 100 guests seated or up to 200 guests standing. Adjoining the Function Centre is the Cooks Conference Room. For larger functions where more room is required, the Conference Room is able to be be opened up and both rooms utilised together. Large windows along the stadium side of the Function Centre provide magnificent views of the stadium and wider city beyond, as well as abundant natural light.
To assist with the success of your next business function / event, we have a full range of presentation equipment available at the venue, including:
- Whiteboard & Markers
- Data Projector & Screen
- Flipchart Stand & Paper
- Audio Equipment w/ Microphone (ipod/mp3 player compatible)
- Wireless Internet
Other items & equipment (such as an Electronic Whiteboard) can be made available upon request.
If it is a party you're after we can supply a range of party equipment & supplies - including decorations, DJ & Light Show, jukebox and/or karaoke machine, 'mood' lighting along with any additional linen, crockery, cutlery or glassware that may be required.*
The Function Centre is equipped with full bar and kitchen facilities and is fully licenced until 1am. No BYO is permitted in the venue, however our friendly & experienced staff are happy to work with you to ensure all of your food & beverage requirements are catered for and that your function is an enjoyable and memorable occasion.
